Entry Fee/Admission

 

What is the entry fee?

  • A: $140 per team

What is the refund policy?

A: If the tournament is canceled due to poor weather conditions each team will be refunded all but $50.00. 

 

What is admission to the tournament?

A: Admission is $5 for adults and $5 for students (K-12). Children 5 and under are free. Each team will be provided two coaches' wristbands for free admission and players are free.

 

Scheduling

 

Where can I find the tournament schedule?

A: The tournament schedule will be posted here on the website one week before the tournament.  Please check back Sunday, February 16, 2025, after 10:00 p.m. We will also be using the Tourney Machine App as well.

 

How many games will we play?

A: All teams are guaranteed three games inside bracket play. An 8-team bracket will be set up. 

 

Will we play games on both Saturday and Sunday?

A: No, your team will plan on either Saturday or Sunday. The boys' tournament will be played on Saturday and the girls' tournament will be played on Sunday. 

 

Can I request not to play at certain times of the day?

A: We will do our absolute best to allow for some travel time for teams that are coming from some distance, but we can not promise to deliver on all requests, but we'll do our best!

 

How will the tournament be set up?

A: Our goal is to provide every team the opportunity to play in an 8-team bracket. Win and you move to the final four, lose and you move to the consolation games. If necessary, teams will be set up in pool play format. Everyone will get 3 games guaranteed. 

 

Awards/Merchandise

 

Do we get anything for winning?

 

A: Medals will be presented to both the 1st and 2nd place teams in each bracket. A total of 10 medals will be available for each team.
